Hi Richie, I was looking for your email to see if I can conduct an interview with you? I have a blog which is based on Thai Entertainment but is in English for the non-thai readers.
We're really interested in you and would like to do an interview. If you can spare us the time we'd very much appreciate it.
hey pam! workout routine is pretty conventional really - i try to hit the major body parts (chest, back, legs, shoulders) twice weekly so each day i pick two (ex: monday chest/triceps, tues back/biceps, wed shoulders/legs...) and do three exercises of three sets each (10-12 reps/set) for each part and then supplement with 15-20 minutes of abs, running or swimming if i have the discipline on that particular day :p typically in the gym every day but out in 45 minutes tops.
Richie - I'm so amazed and honored you wrote back and answered my question! Thanks so much - will definitely try out your routine as mine is getting dull. Best of luck in all your endeavors! -Pam (pratana@gmail.com)
